Soul is at peace and satisfaction.

Alhamdulillah thuma alhamdulillah - the good news about Shiekh Nasr Alfahed keeps coming in:

-Several days days ago Shaykh Naser Alfahd was allowed to call his family.

-Yesterday the family was allowed to visit him in prison for the first time in 6 years.

-His appearance was not like that which they used to see of him but his heart was full of tranquility.

-The family wanted to inspire him but ironically he was the one to inspire and encourage them.

-After waiting for a long time in the waiting room, he came up very slim in posture. Gray/white hair had covered most of his beard.
(Note: the only picture you see of him was months after going into prison 9 years ago with not any apparent gray in it)

-Shiehk Naser has 2 sons. One is 15 years old named Usamah. When Shiekh Naser seen his son Usamah he did not recognize him. The last time he seen him, he was 8 years old and now he is 15. Keep in mind those are the years when ones appearance changes.

-He showed his family parts of his body from the effect of the torture in his hands, legs, and even a broken tooth.

-He was firm and upbeat at times reminding his family of the past good times to make them laugh.

-He denied an ongoing rumor that he refused visitation.

-They asked him about other matters of torture like the picture where they restrained his hands and feet together behind his back among others. He said it is true but the torture is only to the body but the soul is at peace and satisfaction.

-He sent his Salam to me twice in the setting which is something I’m so very much honored to get from a man like him.

-He sends his Salam to all the Muslims who are concerned and ask about him and remember him.

-ALLAH is accepting your duaa. So keep your duaa going. Just imagine how much duaa he is making for those who remembered him and made duaa for him.

-Several days ago before the visit my father(may allah give him a long life full of deeds) returned from a trip to all three of our sacred masajid. He told me everywhere he went he made duaa for the oppressed Muslims and this Shiekh in particular.
He told me expect good news about him.

Let us intensify the duaa.

I told the family first good news was the call, then a visit, and the 3rd will be the release inshallah.

Jihad for the sake of America

At-Tibyan Publications
When the Jihad is for the Sake of America
By the Shaykh Nasir al-Fahd (may Allah hasten his release)
Translated by: At-Tibyan Publications
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
All Praise is for Allah, and may Peace and Blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
As for what follows:
So, we have heard recently the news of the Jihad and the increase in armed resistance against the Crusaders in the Lands of the Two Rivers (al-‘Iraq), and following that, we came to know of the stance of the country known as Saudi Arabia regarding this resistance and its criminalizing any support for it.
And in this document, I do not wish to provide the evidences for the legislation of this Jihad and assisting it, as this is a whole other issue. Rather, I want to expose the hypocrisy of this state by giving a quick comparison between its stance regarding the previous Afghan Jihad against the Russians, and the present Jihad in ‘Iraq and Afghanistan  against the Americans.
First:
The Russians came with a massive military campaign, during which they targeted the lands of the Afghans (only), and installed a government that was subservient to them. Whereas, the Americans came with a massive military campaign in which they targeted the lands of the Afghans as well as the land of ‘Iraq, and installed in them those who are subservient to them, and the Saudi government did not recognize the government of the Russians in Afghanistan, but it recognized the governments of America in Afghanistan and ‘Iraq.
Second:
The Saudi government encouraged the Afghan Mujahidin and supported them materially and morally, while it painted the Mujahidin in ‘Iraq as criminals and warned against supporting them. Rather, it made support of them to be a crime even if this support consisted simply of Qunoot and supplication for them!
Third:
The Saudi government let the Mashayikh and the scholars to support the Afghan Jihad and to issue fatawa in its favor, while it has now outlawed any fatwa regarding the Jihad in ‘Iraq. Rather, it has made the scholars issue verdicts that outlaw and forbid any participation in it.
Fourth:
The Saudi government assisted the youth in going to the Jihad in Afghanistan, and lightened their (financial) burden of going by over 75%, while it outlawed going to the Jihad in ‘Iraq, and whoever did this and fell into their clutches, then his destination would be the depths of prison!
Fifth:
The Saudi government hosted the leadership of the Jihad in Afghanistan and allowed them to give lectures in their land, while it joined the Crusaders in hunting down the leadership of the Jihad in ‘Iraq.
And the overall conclusion that can be drawn from this quick comparison is that when the Jihad in Afghanistan was against the enemies of America, and served the interests of America, it was considered, according to the Saudi government, to be Jihad for the Sake of Allah, and it was allowed for the Mashayikh to issue rulings regarding it, and material and moral support of it. And whoever participated in it from the youth was presented with that which would facilitate his going there, and he was referred to as a ‘Mujahid’!
And when the Jihad now in Afghanistan and ‘Iraq is against America and against the interests of America, it is ‘terrorism’  and ‘extremism’ and its people are hunted and killed. And whoever supports them with a fatwa or with wealth is imprisoned -let alone those who support them with men – and it is not allowed for the scholars to issue fatawa regarding it. Rather, it is the opposite: they are to issue verdicts forbidding anyone from going to ‘Iraq and that the actions that take place there are ‘terrorist’ acts, not Jihad.
So, the issue is very clear, and it is: that this (Saudi) state does not know of Jihad or anything else for the sake of Allah. Rather, it only knows Jihad for the sake of America. So what the Crusaders allow, it (the Saudi government) allows and supports; and what the Crusaders don’t allow, then they don’t allow either.  And Allah is Controlling of His Affairs, even if the disbelievers hate that.
(Sidenote: So, its support of the Afghan Mujahidin in the past was because of that serving American interests in the region, just as in the 1980s (during the Reagan administration), the Saudi state supported the Contra rebels in Nicaragua – as the American president himself embarrassed them by exposing this – because the revolution there served the interests of America. Otherwise, both sides of that conflict were disbelievers, the region is empty of resources and there was no interest for the Muslims in that war. Rather, it was Jihad for the sake of America!!)

The house of ‘Aadil is burning

A story by the Noble Shaykh, Nasir bin Hamad al-Fahd (may Allah hasten his release)

The Shaykh crossed his legs, tidied his ‘amaamah and turned to those around him from his students, who sat as though the birds were above their heads, and said:
“Where did we reach in yesterday’s lesson, son?”
“We reached the statement of the author: ‘And the jamaa’ah (group) is what agrees with the truth, even if you are alone.’”
“Yes, yes, and I said to you that the truth is what our blessed jamaa’ah is upon, and whoever differs with us, then he has left the jamaa’ah, and has innovated in the religion, and has gone against the path of the believers, and…”
Suddenly…
They heard a strong knock on the door…
The Shaykh paused his speech, and turned to one of the students who went to the door and opened it…
And there, was a man, shaggy headed, with a black face, calling out loud:
“O Shaykh… O Shaykh… The house of ‘Aadil is burning…”
To which the Shaykh turned to the source of the sound, whilst sitting, and said:
“What has that to do with me?”
“We want you, and your students to help us…”
“And do you want me to rectify what was corrupted by ‘Aadil due to his carelessness?”
“O Shaykh, the house is filled with the women and children!”
“He’s the reason, this is a result of his carelessness…”
He indicated to the person who had opened the door, and he shut it in his face; the person sat down, and the Shaykh carried on with his lesson and said:
“And know, my sons, that whoever speaks about our jamaa’ah is a misguided man, innovator, khabeeth.”
So one of the students asked him:
“Even if he is from Ahl as-Sunnah?”
The Shaykh replied:
“How could that be so? Have you not understood until now? How can anyone who speaks about our jamaa’ah be from Ahl as-Sunnah? He is an innovator, in fact he is worse than the people of innovations because he does talbees on the people most of….”
His speech was interrupted again due to a knock that was louder than the one before…
One of them opened the door, to which the same man from before appeared:
“O Shaykh… the fire has reached the house of Saalih.”
“Saalih… Do you mean that innovator?” replied the Shaykh.
“O Shaykh…. rush to rescuing those who are in his home, then advise him.”
The Shaykh gestured and said:
“This is a swift punishment from Allah for this innovator.”
He signalled to whoever had opened the door, and he closed it.
The Shaykh carried on saying:
“Look at the swift punishment Allah gave this khabeeth innovator, for he is from those who are hiding in the cloak of Ahl as-Sunnah, but Allah uncovered his curtains when he began speaking about our blessed jamaa’ah, and Allah increased him in punishment, as a result his house was burnt!”
One of his students said:
“O Shaykh… but I know Saalih, and I had not seen any innovations from him!”
“This is because you have not become well-acquainted with the knowledge of jarh and ta’deel yet, and this is what makes me say to you that the one hiding behind the Sunnah is more dangerous than the innovator who openly announces his innovation; that man, I had seen him many times in the masjid, he doesn’t turn towards me, or greet me and avoids me.”
“Is that an innovation?” the student replied.
“Yes, yes, had he been from our blessed jamaa’ah he would have greeted us!”
He interrupted his speech for a third time, when the door was opened, the same man appeared and cried:
“O Shaykh… the fire has reached the masjid.”
The Shaykh turned to him and said:
“I presumed that will happen, because the masjid did not protect itself from having innovators pray in it, and you have bothered us too much man, so don’t come to us again.”
“O Shaykh… the masjid!”
“Even if it is a masjid… the reason for all this is ‘Aadil, and he is the one responsible.”
He signalled to the one who opened the door, and he closed it.
The Shaykh carried on:
“Look at the evil of the people of innovation, laa hawla wala quwata illa billah… even the masjid wasn’t protected (from it).”
“O Shaykh… why don’t we help them stop the fire in the masjid?”
The Shaykh cleared his throat and said:
“My son… those who believe in shutting out the fire are a mixture of people, some of them innovators, some of them fusaaq, and our jamaa’ah is free from them, and if we were to help them, some evil would happen to us.”
He turned to one of his students and said:
“Read, baarakallahu feek.”
And just before he read… a loud noise frightened them…
So all of them rushed – including their Shaykh – to the door…
And they didn’t open it and run out…
Until they saw the walls of their house had collapsed in front of their eyes…
And the fire was spreading from it in every direction…

KILLING of " our children "

http://alhittin.com/2012/12/20/a-global-perspective-on-american-child-deaths/

The Newtown killings are considered an act of someone who is ‘sick’ or ‘mad’, and are universally condemned. But their children are killed at the hands of an intelligent, sophisticated, technologically advanced society which is fully aware of what it is doing. These deaths receive little attention, let alone condemnation.
